adessarose @shelleycoles363 hello ! Hope you are having an amazing time. Here are the measurements- 12in waist. From waist seam to bottom hem is 28in. The way the back is made gives a lot of room for either expansion or the tie helps adjust if you need it smaller. Smart design. Enjoy your time, I love window shopping too😜!!!

tattoosandboots I am so sorry about the purse. I honestly did not realize that it was gone. I know I used a few months ago and it was fine. Was there anything in the bag? Maybe broke during shipping? Maybe you can attach small magnets to the inside of each side and use it that way? That’s the best that I can think of. I am really sorry.

Sorry if I came off snotty but I've gotten several items off of Posh the past 6mths that were downright unacceptable & the purse caught me on a bad day. I checked bag & box thinking it broke in shipping. No go. If id found it I wouldn't have the slightest clue how to reattach! I don't own a solder gun/torch as I'm a collector of shoes/handbags not tools! 😁Looks like a job for my son. I'm sure he can figure it out.

bluebowtie23 @shelleycoles363 hello, Poshmark contact support shows the refund information can be found on the Order Details page (My purchases -> Select the relevant order). If paid with a credit card it typically takes 1 full billing cycle for your bank to post it on your statement.
