@ssusman Hi, if you still want it first reach out the the buyer & ask what’s up. If they’re not responding or you’re past wanting it go into @ssusman (bottom of home page) & click “my purchases” then find the scarf & click the > on the far right, then about 4/5 down the page there’s a problem banner, click that & pick never shipped. Posh Support should look into it.
