xoxo_nyc Hi Shelley, I absolutely adore the bag that I bought from you, however, it seems to be crumbling. I haven’t been able to use it because the fabric just seems to fall apart whenever I move it. I really hate to complain because it is so beautiful!

sandakloset @willijones Hi Sandra, I'm so sorry to hear about the bag. I've never had this happen with anything I've sold and I'm sorry it's not holding up. I would he more than happy to send Poshmark an email and ask what options are available, does this work for you? Are you able to go back in and dispute the sale as damaged?

sandakloset @willijones Hi Sandra, I just emailed Poshmark to see if a refund could be done after an order was accepted. I'll keep you posted. It said it can take up to 24 hours for a response.

sandakloset @willijones I appreciate that! I tried on my end to see if I had an option, because it was accepted it didn't have any options for me to choose. are you alright with waiting to see what Poshmark has to say, or if you do have an option of opening a dispute I would say that might be the quickest option. Again, I'm really sorry about the quality of the bag and wouldn't of listed it, if I known that it would come apart.

sandakloset @willijones Hi Sandra, I just heard back from Poshmark and they said "we see the buyer has marked this order received and payment has been released to you. When the funds are released to the seller we are unable to reverse the transaction for a return or refund, as mentioned in our FAQs" What was the total of the order for the bag, and would it be the same address that was on the shipping label?

xoxo_nyc @sandakloset yes, I just saw their email that they are refunding me. I think it was just one of those weird situations where I had already accepted it, so they released the funds to you. But they have taken care of everything and I have learned that I need to be more careful in my inspection of “goods received.” Honestly, the bag was so pretty . . . it just blinded me!! 🤭😮😃🤩
