Hello. I am reaching out because PM cancelled your order for the Free People Maxi dress you purchased from me. It has already been shipped, so I am trying to get that revised. It was delayed because I had family here from MI, and we spent almost a week in DC. I have never had an order cancelled before, and am floored that this one was.

@beachbumvb Hello. I received an email from Poshmark stating since the purchase had not been shipped within 7 days then I had the option to cancel the order. Prior to me canceling the order I looked again and it still had not been shipped. So I canceled. It says it has been shipped but still no tracking information. I really wanted to wear it tonight so I am bummed:( "Poshing" is new to me. I did receive another email from Poshmark and I can change my response and keep the order...I do

@drishsk I am so sorry! I should have reached out to you and asked if you were ok with the delay, or if I needed to have my daughter find the dress and package it up for me. I have had a really rough spring/summer (I have been sick more than not) and my shipping time has been terrible. I am so sorry for not being in contact, and taking so long to ship.

I am going to cancel the transaction, you can keep the dress. It is my fault and I missed the event you wanted it for in the first place. It is my gift to you, and hopefully I will earn your trust back in the future. One thing I definitely recommend in the future is to reach out to a seller and let them know if you have a specific event you are buying an item for. That lights a fire under our butts so we get it out immediately. ❤️
