sesterholt @hannah_serenity I just got it today. I didn’t check the mail Saturday or Monday. I will ask Postmark if they can send me an updated label

hannah_serenity I went to the post office today and spent an hour there dealing with this for all of my mail not just your item and had the address corrected the post office never updated that there was a new resident and returned every single piece of mail that I’ve received since I moved to this apartment back to sender and I only became aware of it when I was expecting your package and I received a notification that it was delivered and went to the mailbox to get it and I found in its place a vacant notice.

sesterholt @hannah_serenity ok. Sorry this has happened to you. I sent Postmark a request for a new label. Haven’t heard anything back yet. Once I do I will let you know what they tell me.
