@trendywendy66 Hi there! Thank you for the message - although you shipped the shoes right away, I have not yet received them. I am wondering if the USPS is experiencing a major delay? I can contact Poshmark to see if they are better able to track the shoes. There has been a charge on my credit card, however I don't believe Poshmark will release funds until the package arrives in my possession.

@trendywendy66 For sure! I'm very confused as well - my USPS tracking number says "In-Transit," but today my Poshmark account says "delivered." I watched the mail carrier put 2 envelopes in our mailbox yesterday - nothing else. I sure hope Poshmark can help us locate the package.

@trendywendy66 Hi! Poshmark support responded to me. After checking with the USPS, it appears the postal service has lost the package somewhere in the early days of shipping, likely in CA. As part of the app guarantee, Poshmark will be paying you the purchase price and also refunding my payment because the package was lost. I am glad to have some answers but so sad to not get the shoes.
