reereescloset @shellymac2018 hi there! When you send a message you have to type @reereescloset first then I get a notification, I’m so sorry I didn’t see it! I wasn’t ignoring you!🙂. I wash all my clothes before I ship and put in the downy beads. They come in and a plastic container and you throw them in the bottom of machine and then load clothes. They smell awesome!

reereescloset @shellymac2018 I stopped using them for a while cause they would never dissolve and they would leave white residue on everything but they changed the formulation and work great now. They say to use a whole capful but I use half that amount.

shellymac2018 Hi again! Home again and settling in. Sorry to say..the boots are not here, nor did we get a note from the postman. What do you think happened?? I would have no idea to go to the post office had you not said something. It isn’t real convenient, as everything I have ordered or shipped normally comes directly to my home. Please advise, as I don’t believe I can pick any parcel up without a slip of some kind. Thanks.

shellymac2018 I am considering canceling the order..as I am not hearing back from you..after spending over 1/2 hour on hold at the post office, trying to figure out where this package is. BIG problem is, I don’t have a tracking # or pick up slip, so why should they even trust me?!? Please contact me and give me your advise on what we should do at this point. Thank you. steinmartgirl @shellymac2018 USPS Tracking Number 9405510899359579061429 believe you would be responsible for the package since you ordered them and weren't home to receive them, I think it should be you who finds the package at this point....I shipped immediately and shouldn't loose the sale. I am not upset but on my end cannot do anything. But its really not fair to just cancel the order when the boots are missing because you weren't home to receive them honestly....

I didn’t have the tracking before!!👍 I DID write to POSH to let them know I was going to cancel, as I wasn’t sure what else to do at this point. I don’t feel there is any “fault” here..mail gets “held”, and delivered once the folks are back home all the time, and nothing is missing. So, I’m not sure what happened here.

So..as you have also heard, the company has moved forward with my request for cancellation (even tho I had sent another email saying to hold off as I was going to go and try to hunt down the package at my PO) I contacted them again reminding them that I never ACCEPTED the package so they owe me nothing. Well..no response as of yet from them..and I was able to locate the box! So now..I have these lovely boots..even tho I cancelled the order! I appreciate them “taking care” of us both, tho!!
