m_km Hi @shellykappauf, upon packing boots I now see that the one heel without the pad is actually missing a clear 1/8” piece. I’m very sorry for having missed this before, it wasn’t noticeable wearing the boots or upon my initial inspection, but is likely an easy fix for the buyer, if desired. Please let me know if you would like to continue the purchase and I will ship now. Thank you for your understanding!
