Hello! Thank you for your purchase. The straps need to be removed prior to wearing the shaper. You will step into the garment and pull from side to side and then once it’s where it needs to be which is right on the waist you will then add the straps back on. This way you won’t break the straps and be upset. Thank You so much. I’ll be shipping today. 💓💓
