shellyland I'm finding that it's a few folks here that could care less about customer service. Items aren't as described... people unwilling to negotiate despite being a bit over priced/not in "excellent" condition either... one pair of shoes looked like the sole would fall off and one had an awful odor that I didn't notice when glanced in the box at the "gently used" sneakers... I think I'm done. I appreciate the awesome finds that I did get though.
