Message 2 of 4: -The order took place on 2/24 and I shipped it on 2/25. So it was sent the next day. So how could response time and shipping need improvement?

Message 3 of 4: You mentioned item cleanliness, packaging and description. The item was definitely clean.
Im not sure what was wrong with the packaging. I put the shorts in a poly bag for protection. I could have put it in a box or larger envelope. Was the package torn or damaged? If so, my apologies.
