tayloda Hi Shelly, I wanted to let you know that I have reached out to Posh again to get your money refunded. I apologize they are usually pretty quick about correcting these things and I am truly embarrassed about the length of time you have waited. the tracking number is 9405511202061518788423. I got a notification on May 30th that it was in Jonesboro AR but today is June 9th and it's still not delivered so they should just refund you.

dshandbagsnmore Hi Shelly. I’m sorry you are unhappy with your purchase.I’m not sure how to fix the problem. I washed the items and dry them. Then I store them in a sealed container with fabric softener pellets. Do you think it’s the scented fabric softener or something else? I’m more than willing to pay for the return item and refund your money. I do not want this issue to happen again. Thanks Billee

dshandbagsnmore @shellydavenp222 I reached out to costumer support on how to do a refund and return. I’m waiting to hear back. I’m sorry this happened. I don’t smoke. The only thing I can think of is I had a family member house sitting. I know when I got home my house smelled like cigarettes. I didn’t even think about the things I was storing.
