shellsjerome @chavafeigen I was notified that I could cancel this order on November 8th. I canceled the order on November 8th. I have tried various ways of connecting to Poshmark with no help. I thought they were not authentic so I canceled the order on November 8th. thank you

chavafeigen @shellsjerome Hi, I hope all is well. The booties were sent to Poshmark Headquarters and were authenticated. If they were fake, they would have sent them back to me and refunded you. There’s only a small amount of time to cancel orders on Poshmark.

shellsjerome @chavafeigen I apologize for any confusion I got a post saying on November 8th that due to delayed delivery I could cancel the order and I responded every which Way trying to figure out how to do so and I did so repeatedly I don't know why you were not contacted. I ended up getting a different pair of shoes. I don't know why this is so complicated I can't get a hold of Poshmark my bank can't get a hold of Poshmark I have no other Avenue than to speak to you directly thank you

chavafeigen @shellsjerome theres nothing I can do with the transaction at this point. It will be sent back to Poshmark headquarters if you don’t schedule a redelivery or pick up from the post office. I don’t believe it will be sent back to me since it came from the Poshmark headquarters.

chavafeigen @shellsjerome I don’t know how I can refund you. The funds have not been released to me yet. It’s still pending. It needs to be done through Poshmark Bc they’re the ones with the control. They won’t be able to monitor you shipping back the booties

chavafeigen @shellsjerome yes. If the order was canceled within 3 hours of the purchase, then the status of the order should not be sold and I would’ve been notified that it cancelled and funds would’ve been sent back to you

shellsjerome @chavafeigen the situation was Poshmark sent me a notification on November 8th saying they weren't authenticated yet. so I had the option to cancel on November 8th it was a Monday and so I canceled the order on Monday November 8th I would never have done so without them sending me the notification that it was deemed to cancel the order because of delayed.

chavafeigen @shellsjerome was the cancellation done in the 3 hour window of the purchase? I’ve had only one order in the past that was canceled within 30 minutes of the purchase and there was no issue.

shellsjerome @chavafeigen as I stated, I was sent an notification on November 7th that Poshmark had not authenticated the booties yet so I could cancel the order on November 8th I believe it was a Monday. I promptly canceled the order on that Monday. Canceled November 8th. I don't know what's going on. I'm frankly extremely disappointed. I've always had good experiences only had one time when the wrong thing was sent to me never had issue until now.
