imogensboutique @scory73 hello. I sent you a message about your 3 star rating. Us sellers and small business owners struggle very hard to keep our rating average up and yours is the first below 5 I have had in 2 years. I’d appreciate if you could work with me on how to fix this rating.

scory73 @imogensboutique I’m sorry, but your listing said the wig is able to iron. On a very low setting, the bangs have singed to the point that they’re really thin now and I will have to wear a hat with it. I had several less expensive wigs picked, but decided to spend the money on this one because the description said it was so realistic and able to iron. My hair is falling out from chemo, and now I have to buy another wig.

scory73 @imogensboutique Thank you I appreciate that but I don’t want the exact same wig. I bought it because I thought it could be ironed. Which is how I ended up ruining the bangs.

imogensboutique @scory73 if you were looking at cheaper synth or blended wigs they will burn too. Even the expensive wigs that are not fully human hair take only between 1 to 2 seconds max on lowest setting to straighten. It’s a plastic fiber mix. If you’d like to choose a different synthetic wig from our 3000 that’d be fine with me too. Add to bundle and I’ll ship it free as a replacement.

scory73 @imogensboutique bronze balayage wig brown blonde wave wig long 18-20” NWT highlights pretty : This wig is very similar to my real hair before chemo. Would it still look good trimmed to about 16”?

scory73 @imogensboutique sorry that you’re obviously irritated with me over this. But while your biggest concern is your 5 star ratings, mine is how long I’m going to live with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. And trying to keep a small sliver of self respect during that time by getting a decent wig. Thank you for the replacement. Be happy, hug those around you, and be kind.

imogensboutique @scory73 my biggest concern is your satisfaction. Because this is my full time work and what I do. I’m also no stranger to illness and loss and I hug my loved ones daily thanks. I wish you only the best and will send you the wig you chose tomorrow.

imogensboutique @scory73 Good morning Shelly. I dropped your new replacement wig off at the post office just now. You should have it by Wednesday. I really hope you like it. I do advise caution cutting wigs, ( I wasn’t irritated!) they are slippery and there is no base to hold the hair on a mannequin. If you do decide to cut it, I recommend you ask a professional or have a friend wear it so you can cut it best :) Sending you positive energy and my best wishes this one works for you!♥️
