noircoco @shelly4c it’s unfortunately most likely done by a mediator system (a bot) but all you have to do is reply to the email that explains why the item was removed & just explain it was removed in error. It’s a bit inconvenient but it won’t be taken down again after that. In the email I suggest providing date code, serial numbers, receipts or any identifying items that may justify item is Authentic they are usually really good about reinstating your listing. Hope this helps!! 💕
