s_kaylyn @nicole_ce thank you so much! I do have a question about how you get paid dose it go to credits on the account or can I redeem it In cash? and do I get a percentage or the full amount that I sell ?

nicole_ce @s_kaylyn great questions! After you sell an item the money is put into a “pending balance” once the buyer accepts their order or after it is delivered the amount then goes into a “redeemable balance” which you can then transfer to a bank account for cash. I believe Poshmark fees are $3.95 for items $20 and under. If you sell an item over $20 Poshmark will keep 20% of the selling price and you will get the remaining 80%. Hopefully this makes sense!

s_kaylyn @nicole_ce I have a question about the posh parties.. I tried many times to add things like Jean's to a Jean's posh party but it wont let me add it because it "dose not match the party theme" why dose this happen?

nicole_ce @s_kaylyn great question. For many parties such as the “trending” party the item you’re sharing has to match up with the brands allowed in the party. You can view allowed brands on the party page if you click on “view party details” for the category parties such as jeans if the item is jean shorts it may not qualify

s_kaylyn @nicole_ce it was an any brand type party, I've even tried to add to a Hurley one with some Hurley shorts and it didnt let me 😓

nicole_ce @s_kaylyn if it was the last party of the night where all categories and all brands are allowed you might have an issue with your account and could try to contact Poshmark support. For the category parties you have to match the category you clicked when you listed the item. So if the item is jean shorts it will not go into that party because it would be under the “shorts” category not the “jeans” category. Even though they are jean shorts. Hopefully this makes sense. Let me know 😊
