I was wondering if you figured out how to "bookmark" a closet u want 2 follow. When I first started I wrote 2 customer support & asked them that question. The answer was unfortunately no. So I went back 2,000 yrs & got a pencil & when I came across closets I liked, I would write them n my notebook... lol

1queenemmalani I have heard about liking an item in a closet to bookmark it but I'm not sure how it works because if I like something and then go to my "likes" feed, it only shows me people who liked one of my items. So I just sent n a ticket to PM asking them 2 walk me step by step of this liking something in order to bookmark it. I even watched a YouTube video about it but it wasn't helpful 2 me. 1queenemmalani I have an answer 4 u. When u c a closet u want to really follow or go back 2 n the future, u can like an item n that closet. I guess a lot of Poshers have made what they call a bookmark page. They just create a listing that has their closet's name & other info like what they sell, etc. So u can like their bookmark listing. Then when u want 2 find them, click on ur name at the bottom as if u were going 2 share. On the left is my likes. Click on My likes and you'll find the closest u saved there.

1queenemmalani I have on my Meet Posher page that I do not respond to bundles of one but they send them anyway and I ignore them. That's like asking me to bid against myself. If the item is $20 and worth $20, pay it. Or do the proper thing & make an offer. Don't make a bundle of one & expect me to lower my price when I may actually be willing to pay more than my offer. I'm sure I never get low balled or bundles of one!!!....lol. Hope u r doing well.

1queenemmalani I put up a listing 2 days ago and within 2 hrs there was a bundle offer. I sent them a message saying I listed the item 2 hrs ago for $60 and at this time no discounts r available. Then yesterday I listed a pair of shorts for $15 and within 3 min I had an offer of $8!!!! I have a new rule. No discounts on items under $13 because at $13, you'll clear $10 and if you don't make at least $10 it's not worth my time, effort and cost of my shipping supplies.

I sent her a msg that simply read "LOL" & I countered at $24 since I couldn't counter at $25. Everything from meds, gas, food, electricity have all increased but ppl want 2 treat my closet like a thrift store. I read some of ur Love Notes & it seems evident that u have a good following with sales 2 repeat clients. This is something I've been working on but I'm not getting good results.

1queenemmalani As soon as someone makes a purchase, I immediately send them a msg thanking them 4 their purchase & letting them know what day it will ship. I spend quite a bit of money on shipping supplies. I use really nice mailers. I send a handwritten thank you on nice Hallmark cards. I wrap the items in pretty tissue paper & use beautiful ribbon bows. I use pink rhinestones & beautiful stickers.

I offer a repeat client discount of 15% off any 1 item & 20% off 2 or more. I thank them 4 supporting my small business. I 4got 2 tell u I also add some little extras. I get a lot of comments on how cute& nice my packaging is but I'm not getting repeat clients. Do u have any advice? I'd like 2 build a solid following.

shereebruner @1queenemmalani Well don’t feel discouraged, I do all the he things you have mentioned and I only have 2 frequent purchasers and just recently a third who came back a second time. I think it would be good for you to get involved with a share group. Let me know if that’s of interest to you and I can recommend two that I think you’d enjoy. And if you share every day you will end up being featured and have lots of people share your Closet.

shereebruner @1queenemmalani I would recommend that you join the Nifty 50’s & Studio 54 @sgoode01 and @queenposhnb. I really think you’ll enjoy being involved & it’s a great way to make PFFs with some really nice people ! As for cultivating return shoppers - I have two people that I try to list things for that appeal to their taste and then I message them to let them know that I’ve just listed something I think they might like. I also have offered them a RESERVE on those items.

irishms47 @shereebruner We moved 19 times in 29yrs. Unfortunately only two were an accompanied tour. Pakistan And GITMO if that can be considered overseas. Both we were short toured out of. Pakistan I didn’t really mind but was enjoying GITMO. Both times he was called back for an assignment in Washington. We don’t really care for that area. Way too much traffic and congestion.
