@onceuponarunway Hi Jenna, I hope all is well. Do scammers frequent this website? I just received a ridiculous request asking me to sell off Poshmark and accept a cashiers check etc. etc. Any tips on this would greatly be appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

@srbargains Unfortunately, you will encounter your fair share of scammers on here. That's not to say it's rampant...the PM community is very good about reporting and eliminating scammers quickly, but new accounts always pop up. The request you got is definitely a scam. You will see that one as well as another I often get...someone saying they want to purchase this item asap and to email them at the following email address so they can purchase.

@srbargains I recommend you flag those comments then go to the users closet at report them to Poshmark as Spam & Transactions Off Posh. Then block them. PM generally responds quickly and will delete their profile. Rest assured though, as long as you only sell on Posh and do not allow people to pay other ways, you will always be protected and not get scammed.
