Im so glad you received your item 😊 I received your rating and it says I need to improve in several areas, including shipping time, packaging, responsiveness, and item cleanliness.... I am a bit confused. I shipped your item out the same day you ordered it and it was brand new in a coach box. Can you please explain to me what I did wrong? I aim for 100% customer satisfaction and I am really perplexed by your rating.
