bizzyhivecloset Good morning, I was just scrolling through everything that I shipped yesterday and realized that I accidentally sent a blue and grey silk scarf (my listing for Creswick Woolen Mills scarf) rather than the Michael Kors scarf that you ordered. bizzyhivecloset @sherig10 Absolutely. When I reported it last week (see note above), Poshmark indicated they would let you know the process for returning the item.

bizzyhivecloset @sherig10 Good morning, when I reported the wrong item was sent, Poshmark’s response was “We have contacted the buyer and notified them to open a “received wrong item case” once they receive the order.” Doing that will allow you to be refunded. Again, my apologies for the error.
