jj9271226 Hi. I am a fellow posh ambassador and am hoping you can give me some advice. I sold a pair of MissMe jeans. They were in great shape and the buyer got a really good deal. I was shocked to see that she gave me a one star rating. The reason was other. I asked her if there was a problem and she did not respond. I see you sold her something and she gave you three stars with no reason. This will affect my five star rating. Any thoughts?

sbraege @jj9271226 Hi. if something were wrong with the item she would have provided feedback. it's frustrating to receive a low rating when you know you shipped an item in great condition for a steal but there is nothing you can do. As long as you know you were honest in your description and delivered what you promised, don't let this one rating get you down! as you receive more ratings that are higher than hers, your average will go up. Probably not a lot of help but hope this makes you feel better.
