ehungerford Hey, I'm sorry about the strings on the shoes you bought. That is frustrating. I'm not sure how to fix it either as I didn't actually make the shoes so I'm not entirely sure how they work. Hopefully they'll still look cute whatever you figure out 😊 Maybe there's a suggestion on the internet.
