@ricka777 exactly! And according to them it can’t be cancelled after it’s shipped. Their response email said wait till April first because it could’ve been an issue with the carrier but that still doesn’t answer why it was cancelled in the first place

@ricka777 turns out I printed the wrong label from an old order and put it on your shoes so that lady also received them according to the tracking on the 13th. There’s a likely chance she didn’t send them back or they would’ve said something abt return to sender by now. I did try to contact her to see if she will respond but overall this was my mistake not Poshmark so I do apologize.

@faniitaaa I’m so confused I purchase them on the 18th Poshmark stated the shoes was never scanned on that was March 30th. So where are you getting your information from

@ricka777 I understand But for each prepaid shipping label there’s a tracking number that is scanned when I take it to the post office, the number is different for every order. Poshmark says it never been scanned because I never printed out the label for your shoes I printed a previous one so that’s the code that was getting scanned

I just checked at when I printed them out in my email and for your order and like two more after you I printed out the same label, a total of 4 times. (The original, your shoes, the additional two orders after you) this is why they say they haven’t been scanned because the codes for those orders never got printed

This means that lady has gotten or will be getting all three things I sent out even tho I sent them on different days because I again failed to double check that I was printing the right label. So I cancelled the other two I haven’t gotten paid for any of them and that it why, again I apologize for the inconvenience this was not Poshmarks fault
