lk_16 @sherika09 ok you can open a case from your order page. You can request to return stating “wrong size”. We’ll go from there. Poshmark will refund your money and send you a return label as well. :)

sherika09 @lk_16 I sent them an email to ask how to return. When I go to the order, it only gives me options as if it was a problem. It says if I accept it I won't get a refund. When select other it wants me to upload a picture. I'm so confused.

lk_16 @sherika09 Hi Sherika! The payment has been released to me and now Poshmark will not accept any returns. Now the options are: 1. You try to resell them 2. You can send them back to me and I will send you $44 that Poshmark paid me. Option 1 would be way easier, and I already have someone who is waiting on these shoes. I can tag the person in your listing and they will be sold in no time. Unfortunately you won’t be able to get back everything you paid for them. :(

lk_16 @sherika09 How about this... You still make a listing. Price it at the lowest price that Poshmark allows, which is $3. I’ll then purchase it. This way you’ll get a shipping label from Poshmark. We can do the same for the exchange. What do you think?
