luxeclosetorg @prettypink5 when it arrives don’t accept it. Instead You have the option select “issue with order” and select the option for it not being authentic. I like to find pictures of authentic tags online and show them along with the pictures of the tags on the item you received to show that what you got is counterfeit. Posh will review the case and send you a free label to return it. As soon as the item is delivered to the sender you will receive a full refund
