Right now I’m having an issue with downloading the shipping label bc I do not have access to my old email & customer service is taking forever to correct this for me. alonlsherman @farrahmossa do you have Mer cari local enabled? My guess is you’re in the NY metro area from your acct, I’ll be traveling for business in Manhattan’s upper east side at the end of the month and will arrange a pickup from a rideshare driver if you have the setting enabled
