starran @lorelie1 hi there! First, I got the jacket thank you! However, I had to pay $11.85. The mail carrier said you shipped by weight in a kiosk rather than with a clerk so they didn’t catch it. I’m not sure, I’ve never had that happen before. I had the choice of paying or refusing the box, in which case it would’ve been returned to you. I wasn’t sure what to do so I paid it. Posh issued me a credit so no worries

Posh said in the future you should refuse the box, it will be sent back and they’d issue the seller a new label. Thought I should tell you in case you receive something with postage due.
