caffij Once it is shipped it cannot be cancelled. Just accept it then i think you can go in and and just tell Customer service that it was shorter than what it is suppose to be and ask for your money back

sherri168 @caffij Don't worry. None of this is your fault. Poshmark is being ridiculous with asking for new pics every day because they need to see tags and measurements when we both agreed how we wanted to do it. I just hate packing and REpacking the robe. I don't want to get it back to you in any less perfect condition than you sent it to me in.
