2tropical @uhgrad1990 thanks for your offer. Today is closet clearout which means posh discounts shipping if seller lowers a price. Once the offer is sent by posh the discounted shipping is only good for 6 hours. I could offer the item to you for 19 and discounted shipping would be 4.99 .
