kbaumle Hi, Sherri! I see that delivery was attempted on your recent purchase, but it states that they didn't have access to the delivery location. I just wanted to alert you to this, in case they didn't have a way to notify you. I'm sure you can pick it up at the post office. :-)

sben10 @kbaumle I get packages on my porch from ever other online retailer. They had full access. Please advise. Did you require a signature? What delivery provider was used?

kbaumle @sben10 Poshmark provides everyone with a mailing label, once a purchase is made. We simply print it out and put it on the package. They use the USPS. If you check your Purchases, it will show this when you click on the status showing "Shipped." It says: Delivery Attempted - No Access To Delivery Location, March 2, 2019, 1:45 pm, GLOUCESTER, VA, 23061 Arrived At Post Office, March 2, 2019, 8:29 am, GLOUCESTER, VA, 23061

kbaumle @sben10 I've never seen that kind of status from the USPS before, so I'm not sure what that means. Is your mailbox in a protected location? I'm not sure what's going on!

onlyfives Hi. I just received your rating. I’m sorry that you haven’t received your package but I was not aware of that. I’m not sure if you read my “welcome to my closet” post but it states that I run 3 closets and this closet is not high on my priority so it would have been helpful if you did mention that you never received it because I did ship it out awhile ago.
