Sherri, I am so sorry for this inconvenience, I have never had a parcel stopped in transit before, I'm like you at a loss why your parcel is stuck in transit. I will call my local post office this morning to see if they can give me an answer to why and where it is. The tracking seems to give all the info on the transit, but nowhere for me to contact. So, I will contact the post office when they open, and hopefully I will get an answer. U I don't have any control of the shipping.
