@goldenpop Sherrice, I am sorry you are not happy with your purchase. I took photos that showed every aspect of the bracelet including the clasp, it was not my intention to deceive. I don't remember the clasp being broken, but if it is, you are right, it should be in the description. You can go ahead and return it for a refund. Open a case and make your request. I have more than 170 reviews and a 5star rating because I care about my customer's satisfaction.

@goldenpop you can go to "My Purchases", click on this order, and go to the bottom of the screen where it says "Problems/Order Inquiry". Then choose one of the options and type your request to Poshmark. Once the case is opened, I can comment and say that I agree for the order to be cancelled, and you returning the bracelet. Let me know if you need further guidance on how to do this.
Alternatively, I can open the case for you, but it may create confusion since I am the seller. Let me know

@goldenpop hi, just an update, I opened a case for this order and asked Poshmark to cancel the order. If they approve and agree you will be asked to send it back for a full refund. I do apologize that I did not pay attention to the clasp to notice that one side is broken. I don't want you stuck with an item you are not happy with, so I hope Poshmark approves the return.
