sherriemae23 @joshnmike Good Morning! There was an error in my postal code when I initially signed up. I thought I had fixed the issue as other packages arrived. I will re-correct my postal code again.

sherriemae23 @joshnmike thabks so much for following up. Initially I had it sent my my school address with the incorrect postal code. I’ve contacted Poshmark to apologize and let them know this delay was on my end not any Poshmarkers. It’s a gift for my husband, thanks again !

lsorrell22 You purchased my lulu purse. You need to contact Poshmark...I have shipped the item and on my end it shows it was delivered. Also that is not fair you gave me a one star rating when I have done nothing wrong. Looking at your previous comments on here it looks like this is a common problem.

sherriemae23 @lsorrell22 You will also note that I am able to change the rating once I receive the purse it is not a permanent rating. Every other time I have bought an item I have give a 4/5 star review with a comment. I have contacted Poshmark and followed the appropriate policies and procedure when a package did not arrive. Yes, this has been an issue with some items, all of which have been rectified except this one. Thanks for reaching out, I’m looking forward to resolving this issue.
