snowkitty93 @lilsomethin hi! Thanks for responding! Wanted to ask how I would go about splitting a large order (10 pairs of shoes) into 2 boxes and getting 2 shipping labels? I’m assuming it’s not something Posh can do and that I’ll have to split into 2 bundles. Have you ever had to do that?

solesandthreads @snowkitty93 You won't be able to get 2 labels for one order so splitting the bundle is the way to go. There's a weight limit on how much Posh will allow you to ship then you have to upgrade and pay the difference at the Post Office. Im not sure the amount if its more than 10 lbs I'd email Posh to see what the rule is. You also will have to pay more in shipping thru Posh if your order is over 5lbs so keep that in mind when pricing the bundle. Congrats on the great bundle and good luck!!!

solesandthreads @sarahhhutti Hi, I'm sorry to hear you had issues with the shoes. I'm not sure why or how that happened as they were practically brand new. Unfortunately Poshmarks policy doesn't allow for refunds since they give buyers 3 days to inspect and wear any items to verify there are no issues. This is outta my hands since you accepted the order and according to Posh, nothing can be done once a buyer accepts the order. You can try to reach out to Poshmark and maybe they can do something for you.
