I was surprised by your reasoning for your less than perfect rating on you north face jacket. A seller has no control over postal service shipping delays. As you can see the item was sent out the very next day that you purchased. The postal service did send a notice to both of us letting us know that the package would arrive later than expected due to severe weather in route. Again the seller has no control over the postal service once it starts shipping
