sfuller524 @luvnbling lol...yes I do actually. I do crossfit and started with one pair of pants and just wore tshirts and regular bra. Slowly gaining choices! I'll be sure and tag you when I start selling. 😆

luvnbling @sfuller524 wow crossfit!! Yes u def DO use them then!I'd love to try it but I'm so out of shape. Do they take on older ladies who get winded just shopping😉 If ur considering sports bras def check em out on here. My personal fav (so far) is vsx. The better ones can be $$ but u can find them new or worn a few times on here for less. Anyway, wow, ur an inspiration!!

sfuller524 @luvnbling girl, yes! I'm 46 and was so so so out of shape. A good trainer won't start you out with everyone else. They give you a scaled wod. I started in September last year and I am up with everyone else, except I don't lift as much weight yet. I love it! Don't be scared to give it a try! I atill huff and puff but I do feel a lot better. I'll try that bra out too. Thanks!!
