I have done many auctions with an offer of -$0-/shipping.
I just contact the seller and offer them a price,she post an offer for me to reflecting NO SHIPPING FEE!
If you can’t do that - and would agree on $25 with no shipping I would offer you $17 and the shipping would automatically post $7.99 - The net to you is then 25!! You would sell it at my offer price )/ you would have to pay shipping fees to get it to!
Is that making sense??
