lisalamy516 Hello. I noticed you weren’t pleased with the TOPSHOP skirt. I listed the exact measurements. The waist measures 13” across which fits a 27” waist. This is a size 4 at TOPSHOP. TOPSHOP runs small so I always list measurements. I’m sure you can resell it. It’s super cute. Thanks again for shopping my closet.
