aperfectbuy @fosterscloset hi. It's very easy. When you click your closet name in right bottom corner you'll see a $ sign in upper right corner. Click that. Then click Redeemable" It will then ask if you want bank direct deposit or a check. Let me know if you have more questions. I know it can be a little confusing. Lori 😊😊
