@sequeen74 So you have to go to your sales in your posh stats. And then it will show you the sale and you click on it and you explain to them what happened. If I could do it for you I could but I cannot get into that sale of yours I can only do it from my end. I hope this helps I have sent them another request this morning and again I apologize for my mistake.
