@gigibond I keep checking here to see if it's been scanned and I haven't seen it changed. Hopefully it just hasn't been changed here. I dropped it probably around 930 directly to post office with the Poshmark shipping label. If it doesn't update I can try calling the post-office.

@gigibond I got the tracking number from email & called the location where I dropped it off. She said if it was dropped yesterday morning it won't be scanned until tonight. If you google track USPS you can plug this in and sign up for alerts as to where the package is. I really hope it gets there on time. Yesterday morning was soonest I could get it packaged, label printed and get it to the post office from when the sale was definite on Friday afternoon.

@gigibond this is my time selling here but it says priority mail 1 to 3 days so hopefully it is shipped tonight. I would have thought it would have at least been scanned before this evening being that I dropped it yesterday morning, but that's what they told me 😑

@gigibond oh no! I really hope it works for you. So you're a bridesmaid? I bought this dress here on Poshmark, then had to back out of the wedding due to covid so I never even wore it 😐

@ptsherry yes i am bridesmaid !! the wedding was last year but because of covid it got postponed. i had a size 10 and it didnt fit im sure this one does i have gain weight during this pandemic but im hoping to get back on track ... but i have to eat cake on the wedding so probably il start next monday🤪

@gigibond I was in the same boat! I found this dress and ordered it for a May wedding. I was so happy to find the color and I liked it better than any others I tried at David's bridal. Then the wedding was moved to Aug but pandemic was still going strong and I work in assisted living so I couldn't go. It was all indoors. (cont)

@gigibond But I'm pretty sure by August it would not have still fit because I gained a bunch of weight too. I never tried it on again because there was no point. I really wish it would have been pushed back to 2021 and maybe I could have gone 🙁. You'll have to keep me posted if you think about it and let me know if it works for you. Best of luck! 😊

@gigibond I tried calling the branch this morning with no answer. The number is 904 641 2172. Dropped off Monday morning. I was going to wait in line but a postal worker there said if package already was labeled and paid I could drop it in a bin right by the door and he opened it for me.

It was a bin where the handle was broken. He commented about it if they ask where it was placed. I don't know if that made a difference vs waiting in line but that's what I was told to do. That was first thing Monday morning. This is very frustrating. I didn't realize you needed so soon until Monday or maybe I could have tried to get it out Saturday if it was going to take so long to even scan it.

U did everything right , monday was the earliest cause in weekend the postal service is closed, maybe they forgot to scan and still shipped it il will call them to see what they say , do u know the color of the box or package it was... u did everything perfect dont worry!! We will figure it out ...😊

Hi sherry unfortunally the package hasnt been scan yet i tried to call that office again and nobody answers , if it doesn get scan by today maybe u can pass tomorrow by the office if ur work schedule allows it off course and ask then about it since is so hard to get a hold of them ... 🥺🥺 im so sorry to bother you again with this...

@gigibond unfortunately I went out of town today through Sunday which is why I made sure to drop it off Monday morning 😕. Maybe try calling the main 800 number and ask them what you should do and if it's normal for it to take this long just to scan? When I called she had said it would be scanned yesterday afternoon. I really don't know what to do.

Another thought.. It's Jacksonville Florida and there are multiple branches if you google that and try calling those numbers? It's the Pottsburg office on Beach Blvd where it was dropped. Maybe someone at one of the other locations will actually answer and you can explain the situation?

I have also put in an inquiry to Poshmark. Maybe try finding a phone number and calling them as well? I feel so awful! I thought for sure you'd have it within a couple days. I also never doubted dropping it in that bin. I actually wouldn't have if the worker hadn't told me to put it there. I'm so so sorry! You can also text me if needed for quicker response. 904 8858889

@gigibond just as I suspected, I got a email from Poshmark that the dress is now shipped and tracking 😕. I am going to see if maybe they will email you a label to ship it back since it wasn't my fault and was the post office.

Maybe then I can try to sell it again. I emailed Poshmark requesting that a label be sent to you if you'd be willing to mail it back? No idea yet if they will do that. This whole thing was so frustrating! There's also no number for Poshmark so it has been very difficult with them as well.

I wanted to update you.. After many, many emails, Poshmark paid me for the dress anyway since it was the post office problem. You should be receiving the dress today. Maybe you can sell it 😊. Just whatever you do, make sure you see them scan it to avoid this mess for yourself.

@gigibond awww! Great plan. They should be returning money to you because I got a notification that the order was canceled so I would hope they would reimburse you. If you have the energy for it, email customer service. Just be sure to include order number to save you some hassle

It was a huge pain, but finally I got my sale money and you should get refunded since this was a post office error and there's an email chain to Poshmark that goes back to as early as Wednesday I think, explaining the issue. Good luck!
