houcksherry I'm sorry I would be going to the post office and finding out where the stuff..I put a tracker from post office and they tell you where the stuff you ordered.. that doesn't sound right all if you ask me I had a bunch bath and body works from the company I went to post office and belive hold they r all thier just sitting I was mad
