SORRY I DONT KNOW HOW TO SEND YOU A PERSONAL MESSAGE. I AM VERY UPSET. FIRST ITEM SOLD AND I AM HAVING DIFFICULTIES CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE . I EMAILED THEM THREE DAYS AGO AND THEY RESPONDED AT 3AM 2day requesting a SCREEN SHOT. I AM UNABLE TO PRINT YOUR SHIP LABEL FOR THE CELINE GLASSES. Poshmark is to send it to me and I have yet to receive it . They have YET to respond , voice mail is full. THIS is a nightmare. If you cancel I most certainly understand, I don't know what to do
