slw51275 @robinsells0931 I have already reported it to Poshmark and I know who has it. They will probably provide a return shipping label. First time this has happened I’m very sorry. Did you notify Poshmark, if not, please do so so they send label. Thank you.

robinsells0931 I did check my spam, but I now see the problem. They have my email listed wrong. I have sent them an email to correct this, but who knows how long it will take. I would hope that @slw51275 would jump in here and offer to pay the shipping from me to you since it was clearly her error. Crossing my fingers @rachelolson563

slw51275 @robinsells0931 I am unable to since everything has to be done thru Poshmark. Unfortunately if you’re email address was correct in the system, you would have had the label already. I have contacted them 4 times, I apologize, I am unable to do more.

slw51275 @robinsells0931 no as a seller, we have to do everything thru Poshmark and are not allowed to do transactions outside of site. They provide me with shipping label and address I don’t have access to that.

slw51275 @robinsells0931 this is Poshmark’s policy, I am unable to do that I have contacted them numerous times with order numbers, photos etc. Unfortunately I am at the mercy of waiting also. “Members who take transactions offline may have their future buying and selling privileges restricted on Poshmark. If you are approached to take a transaction offline, please contact Poshmark Support immediately.”

slw51275 At this point I would rather have Poshmark issue a refund, unfortunately when sandals were delivered they were accepted instead of marking they received the wrong item first, so this has delayed the return because they were originally accepted when received. I have explained this to Poshmark and that along with the wrong email being entered has delayed the process even further. Again, I apologize, this is the first time this has ever happened in selling on two forums and having over 500 sales
