sherrykanaras @mellaw_relove hello Melissa. Could you give me some advice? I received a completely torn open, smashed box containing used sneakers when I ordered new Clark’s cloud steppers Mules. The seller has no idea what could have happened to her carefully wrapped package, whose contents never made it to me. There is an open Posh case but have not gotten any information. What should we do? Thanks very much.

sherrykanaras @mellaw_relove thanks for replying. The case is a little over 1 week old. I live on a tight budget, these were a splurge for me. I’m concerned for the Seller, too as this is her only source of income. We are both victims here and its so frustrating!
