@sjduran Hi, I received your note! The battery shouldn't be dead that I'm aware of - it was definitely working when I listed it. I do sometimes pull the knob out to save the battery - did you check that (make sure that's pushed in)? Let me know...

Hi Sheryl! I just dropped off the watch at the post office! Should have your tracking number up by this evening! Whenever you receive the watch it will need a new battery, so when you go get links taken out just tell them to put a new battery in. Hope you enjoy!
