brookekillian Hello Cheryl! I am not sure how else to message you but wanted to let you know I dropped your item in the mail a week ago today and it still says pending shipment scan. I reported this issue via the app last week but apparently they cannot do anything until Wednesday. I am sorry! I’m hoping they can fix it or figure out what happened soon
