I am confused by your rating because you said that it wasn't related to the seller that the shoes were uncomfortable. How can I improve if the fit wasn't my fault? But absolutely not wearable, it is so uncomfortable inside, I am sure, you felt the same! I will go back & change To 5 star, since I do not wish to create any issues for you! I was just honest! I just wanted your feedback on how I could improve because customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. I honestly didn't know these were uncomfortable because I wasn't the original owner. These belonged to one of my clients so I wouldn't have known. But thank you again. 😀
