@zkellner you could probably go to Nordstrom then and ask them they might have you contact Chloe and see if they can ship you out a zipper and the tassel for it that would be my suggestion but I’m not sure but hopefully they will do it because usually when you buy designer name brands they back up their product so hopefully they can send you a zipper in a tassel for it I never tried though so good luck

Hey! I am the one that just bought the girls 5T Patagonia jacket with the snap missing. If you are still interested in selling it, but for less so that I can get it fixed please let me know. If I don’t hear from you by 4:30 or so today I am happy to just send it back. I added this to the claim to Poshmark but they said that I would just have to send it back and repurchase if I wanted.
