Hello Shili. I hope you did get the information about the coat. I a m selling for s friend and didn't realize the lining hat a defect. I am used to selling things in great condition. Hi @shili13! I am so sorry that I have not shipped the dress yet!! For some reason I did not get the notification that the dress sold until just now. I was on vacation with limited access to internet so perhaps that’s why. I will package the dress and ship it ASAP tomorrow morning! Please let me know if you have any questions.

HI again. I was packing the dress and noticed a few defects, I don't feel comfortable selling it to you at the $50 price. It has one snag and the little hook in the back is broken. The zipper is perfect, and a new hook can be easily attached. I can reduce the price to $25. Please let me know if you are still interested.

It’s on the front left side but isn’t very noticeable bc the dress is very flowy so the material hides it well. Do you know how I can change the price on the listing? Or you can just pay $25? Not sure how it works...

Hi!! I just wanted to touch base and let you know I dropped your BCBG Navy Dress off at the post office on Monday and it still hasn’t started tracking. I dropped another package off at the same time to ship to another posher and it is tracking so I’m not sure how or why yours isn’t.

I contacted Poshmark and they gave me a list if things to check on which all but one I know isn’t the case. I’m out of town for work but as soon as I get home tomorrow I’m going to go to the post office to figure out what’s going on. I’m so sorry for the delay. I will keep you updated as I learn more.

Thank you so much for your patience, i went back to the post office today and they recommended i open a case with the 800#, which i did and they also recommended to file a lost package so I did, the number for that is 5509581 Hopefully they will find it soon.

I am not aware of the smell. It has never been worn. I would take it to a dry cleaner or wash it? It could be from packaging. I hope this helps.
